    基于块体理论的大倾角节理巷道支护角度优化

    Optimization Analysis on Supporting Angle of Large Dip Angle Jointed Roadway Based on Block Theory

    • 摘要: 为解决节理巷道支护设计对结构面产状及块体破坏特点考虑不足的问题,采用块体理论赤平投影法及3DEC数值模拟方法,考虑结构面及块体因素影响,对大倾角节理巷道支护方案做局部支护角度优化。结果表明:局部支护角度优化后,块体Ⅰ附近锚索最大轴力降低29.58%,块体最大位移降低了21.43%;块体Ⅱ附近锚索最大轴力降低了48.38%,块体最大位移降低了25.74%。通过对关键块体局部锚杆(索)支护角度的优化,关键块体稳定性提高,锚杆(索)受力状态得到改善,有效提高了锚固安全性能。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of less considering in the design of jointed roadway support about occurrence of structural surfaces and destruction features of block, the local optimization design of supporting angle for large dip angle jointed roadway was proposed by stereographic method and 3DEC discrete element simulation. The result shows that the maximum axial force of local anchor cables around the block Ⅰ and maximum displacement of the block Ⅰhave been reduced to the percent of 29.58 and 21.43 respectively after the optimization of local support angle. While the block Ⅱhas been reduced to the percent of 48.38 and 25.74 correspondingly. By optimizing the angle of the local support in key blocks, the stability of key blocks, the forced state of anchor cable and the anchorage safety performance are improved effectively.
