    Pre-grouting Reinforcement for High Gassy Isolated Working Face in Two Ending Roadways

    • 摘要: 为了解决孤岛工作面破碎对工作面收尾的影响,采用地质力学方法测试分析了孤岛工作面的地应力分布特征,采用数值模拟软件FLAC3D分析了孤岛工作面矿压显现特征、超前支承压力分布特征等。决定采用深孔高压注浆对N1-3孤岛工作面停采线附近煤体进行预注浆处理,注浆压力25~30 MPa。开发的水泥改性液可使水泥浆和煤体黏结强度达到1.2 MPa;采用造壁成孔对原有瓦斯抽放孔进行了利用,工作面收尾仅用11 d,通过停采线附近煤体的现场验证。结果表明:通过两巷超前预注浆,煤体恢复完整,保证了工作面的正常收尾。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the influence of broken coal body on working face finishin,the ground stress distribution state is analyzed by ground stress test; mining pressure characters, abutment pressure are analyzed by software FLAC3D, then high pressure grouting is used to reinforce the coal near the stop mining line, the grouting pressure is 25 to 30 MPa. Modified cement liquid is developed to improve the cohesion between coal and cement, the cohesion between coal and cement is 1.2 MPa, and gas drainage hole is reused by grouting hole-forming, the working face enclosure only last 11 days. The grouting result is checked on site, the results show that the working face is integrity, and grouting result is great.
