    急倾斜水平分段综放开采双轮间隔放煤煤岩分界面形态研究

    Research on Characters of Interface Between Coal and Rock in Horizontal Section Fully Mechanized Caving Mining of Steep Coal Seam by Two-round Interval Caving Technique

    • 摘要: 利用散体石子和矸石颗粒进行散体顶煤放出相似模拟试验,分析了急倾斜水平分段综放开采双轮间隔放煤条件下的煤岩分界面形态特征,得出了不同放煤轮数、不同放煤支架下的煤岩分界面特征。其特征主要表现为:放煤形成左、右2条煤岩分界面,右煤岩分界面始终保持斜率随高度增加逐渐减小的曲线形态; 左煤岩分界面形态由曲线向“山峰状”再向“几”字形态发育; 最终受煤岩分界面影响形成的永久残煤区域主要有2大部分,即底板处的“锅盖”形区域残煤和支架上方的“几”字形残煤区域。

       

      Abstract: The analysis of the characters of interface between coal and rock in horizontal section fully mechanized caving mining of steep coal seam is conducted by using the loose stone particles. The different characters of interface between coal and rock under different rounds and different supports are got through the similar simulation. The characters are shown in mainly there aspects;the left and right interface between coal and rock appears after the top coal drawing and the right interface between coal and rock persistently keeps the shape that the slope decreases with level increases. The shape of left interface between coal and rock develops from the initial "mountain-like" shape to"π"shape. The permanent residual coal caused by coal-rock interface is mainly located in two positions, i.e. The lip shaped area near the floor and the "π" shaped area above the supports.
