    Research on Reasonable Width of Coal Pillar at Fully Mechanized Working Face with Large Mining Height

    • 摘要: 为了确定焦坪矿区2301大采高首采工作面区段煤柱的留设宽度,以煤柱应力监测为切入点,实测分析了侧向支承压力分布特征;通过理论计算得到了煤柱弹性核区宽度和掘巷塑性区宽度,据此初步确定了区段煤柱的宽度。在此基础上,采用FLAC3D数值模拟方法研究了不同宽度时煤柱的塑性破坏特征,最终确定大采高工作面煤柱的合理宽度为25 m。现场应用表明,煤柱留宽方案满足相邻工作面的护巷要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to determine reasonable width of segment coal pillar of 2301 fully mechanized working face with large mining height in Jiaoping Mining Area, taking coal pillar stress monitoring as entry point, lateral abutment pressure distribution is analyzed; elastic zone width and coal pillar roadway width of plastic zone is obtained through theoretical calculation. On this basis, the width of segment coal pillar is determined. Finally, the deformation and fracture of coal pillars with different widths is simulated by FLAC3D. The reasonable width of coal pillar at large mining height working face is 25 m. Field application shows that coal pillar width scheme satisfies the requirements of roadway protection for adjacent working face.
