    • 摘要: 为了提高煤矿设备运转安全性,对井下区域自动防灭火技术进行了研究。采用火焰和烟雾双重探测技术实时采集布控区火焰和烟雾信息,并传递至PLC控制器,控制器驱动防爆电磁阀打开,向布控区喷撒灭火剂,从而熄灭爆炸火焰。通过加油硐室现场工业试验,验证了区域灭火技术的合理性和可靠性,有效灭火范围不小于6 m2,可确保井下硐室及重要机电设备安全。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the safety of coal mine equipment, an automatic fire prevention and extinguishing technology is studied by flame and smoke sensors, which can detect flame and smoke of surveillance areas continuously and send information to PLC controller. The solenoid valves are opened to spray extinguishing medium and extinguish flame. By industrial test of refueling chamber, rationality and reliability of the system is verified and effective range is no less then 6 m2, which can ensure the safety of chamber and electrical equipment.
