    • 摘要: 海石湾煤矿6112工作面采空区自然发火,引燃了上部油砂岩下泄到采空区的油气,迅速扩大为全矿大火。矿井采用注大流量气氮、液氮和二氧化碳的方法,抑制了瓦斯爆炸,安全封闭了全矿6个井口,并采用缩封技术和大流量高压水枪降温技术,将火区从井口缩封到工作面,采用消火道钻孔注浆灭火技术彻底扑灭了火源。介绍了抢险救灾过程中的抑爆封闭技术、缩封技术、消火道灭火技术及灭火效果。

       

      Abstract: Spontaneous combustion in 6112 working face goaf of Haishiwan Coal Mine ignited the oil and gas collapsed to the goaf area from upper oil sand rock, which rapidly expanded for mineral fire. Using the method of injecting mass flow of gas nitrogen, liquid nitrogen and carbon dioxide, suppressing gas explosion, safely closed 6 wellheads, and adopting the sealing technology and mass flow and high-pressure water gun cooling technology, the fire area from the wellhead is sealed to the working face, and the fire channel grouting fire extinguishing technology is used to completely extinguish the fire. We introduce the emergency rescue and disaster relief in the process of explosion suppression sealing technology, sealing technology, fire channel fire extinguishing technology and fire extinguishing effect.
