    Improvements of Casing Protecting Hole Screen Pipe Complete Equipment in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对井下复杂地层瓦斯抽采孔钻进技术的不足,对下护孔筛管成套设备进行了研究。首先改进了内芯可脱式PDC钻头的设计,达到了筛管通过性要求;设计加工的φ40 mm规格的丝扣式筛管,从钻杆内孔人工下入顺畅连接可靠性好,拧卸方便;研制的孔底固管装置有效的解决了提钻时筛管被带出现象,保证安设筛管牢靠,组装方便灵活;与传统提钻下筛管技术相比,具有明显的工艺先进性,下管效率提高了2倍以上,平均下管深度达到钻孔深度的91%以上,而且从抽采效果上也表明,使用该技术后工作面瓦斯抽采浓度平均提高10%~20%。

       

      Abstract: For the insufficient of gas extraction hole drilling technology in underground complex formation, we study the casing protecting hole screen pipe complete equipment. First, we improve the design of core detachable PDC bit to meet the trafficability requirements of screen pipe, design specification of φ40 mm screw thread screen pipe to case from inner hole of drilling by manual work with good connection reliability and convenient breakout; the developed solid tube device at bottom of the hole effectively solves the phenomenon that screen pipe is brought out when the drilling is raised, which ensures reliable, convenient and flexible assembly in installing screen pipe; compared with the traditional lifting drill and casing screen pipe technology, it has obvious technological advancement and casing efficiency is up by more than 2 times; the average depth of the casing tube is more than 91%, the drainage effect also shows that gas extraction concentration increased by 10% to 20 % after using the technology face.
