    Research on an Intrinsic Safety DC Regulated Power Supply for Underground Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 提出一种基于开关型降压稳压器LM2576-ADJ和四差分比较器LM339的新型本安直流稳压电源的电路设计。首先通过设计输出可调型稳压电路并对关键器件进行选型及优化,实现了输出电压的高稳定性,进而在分析过压保护电路和过流保护理论的基础上,设计了具有自恢复功能的新型双重过压、过流保护电路,通过减少开关器件的使用,降低了电源的内部能耗。试验结果表明,设计的本安电源可实现18.5~26.0 V的宽电压输入,输出电压12 V,工作电流≤500 mA,负载效应仅为1%,电源整体效率能够达到85.7%,并能稳定可靠地运行。

       

      Abstract: We proposed a new intrinsically safe DC regulated power supply design that based on switching buck regulator LM2576-ADJ and the four differential comparator-LM339. Firstly, we design a voltage regulator circuit with adjustable output and take a selection and optimization of key components, which realizes a high stability of the output voltage; and then on the basis of combining over-voltage protection circuit and over-current protection circuit, we design a double over-voltage and over-current protection circuit which has automatic recovery feature and reduces the internal energy consumption by cutting down the use of switching devices. The experimental results show that this intrinsic safe power source has wide voltage input from 18.5 V to 26.0 V. Its output voltage is 12 V and operating current is no more than 500 mA. What's more, its load effect is only 1% and the overall efficiency of the power supply can reach 85.7% with a stable and reliable operation.
