    • 摘要: 综采工作面安装、回撤的重点和难点是支架的运输问题,液压支架的搬迁运输工作量约占总体工作量的80%。特别是当液压支架整体搬运时,运输线路设计质量直接影响液压支架搬迁、安装工作的工程进度,更重要的是影响支架运输过程中的安全工作,对矿井安全运输和生产接续都起着至关重要的作用。介绍了液压支架运输特别是支架整体运输时绞车、轨道、车场及巷道设计等问题。

       

      Abstract: The key and difficulty of installation, retracement at fully mechanized working face is support transportation, and transportation work of hydraulic support accounted for about 80% of the overall workload. Especially when hydraulic support is in overall portage, the design quality of transportation line directly affects the relocation, installation work of the hydraulic support; the important is the safety effect of support in the process of transportation, and the transportation safety and production of mine always plays a vital role. We introduce the hydraulic transport especially the overall transport winch, track, station and tunnel design, etc.
