    Intrinsically Safe Small Component Ignition Test Device Comforming to IEC Standard

    • 摘要: 小元件点燃试验是新版国标GB3836-2010的要求内容。通过分析国内外本质安全防爆产品检测检验设备的发展历程,阐述了建立小元件点燃试验装置的意义。对小元件点燃试验装置的基本组成、主要技术要求和工作原理进行了系统介绍。论证了标校电路单元中热源表面积等对甲烷与空气组成的爆炸性气体混合物最低点燃温度的影响。通过大量试验验证了该装置具备了开展各种小元件点燃检验考核的能力。

       

      Abstract: Small component ignition test is the requirement of the new national standard GB3835-2010 content. By analyzing the development process of inspection equipment for internal and external intrinsically safe explosion-proof products, we describe the significance of establishing small component ignition test apparatus, and introduce basic components, the main technical requirements and operating principle of ignition test device for small components, and demonstrate the influence of surface area of the heat source in calibration circuit unit on minimum ignition temperature of methane and air explosive gas mixture. The device, verified by a large number of tests, has the ability of carring out ignition inspection check of all sorts of small components.
