    • 摘要: 设计了一种新型全断面断带抓捕器,抓捕器由抓捕装置、液压系统、PLC控制箱3部分组成。当带式输送机发生断带时,PLC控制箱接收速度传感器监测到的故障信号后立即启动液压系统,利用液压缸驱动抓捕装置压紧输送带实现全断面抓捕。在采用AMESim对系统进行仿真的基础上制作了试验样机,试验测试了抓捕装置的抓捕力大小和响应时间。结果表明:所设计的全断面断带抓捕器抓捕力达到790 kN,响应时间为4.0 s,能够满足实际生产中断带保护的要求。

       

      Abstract: A new type of full section belt-broken catcher has been designed. The device consists of capture system, hydraulic system and PLC control box. When the conveyor belt is broken, PLC control box immediately activate the hydraulic system based on fault signal transmitted by speed sensor and the hydraulic cylinder take action. As a result, the belt is captured reliably by capture system. A prototype of the device has been made based on simulation by using the AMESim. The response time and the captured force have been tested. The results show that the full section belt-broken catcher of this paper can satisfy the request of actual production, and the force can achieve as much as 790 kN, the response time is 4.0 s.
