    • 摘要: 为解决松软煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔施工难、成孔差的问题,提出了松软煤层底板定向长钻瓦斯抽采技术:在被保护煤层底板选择合适层位,采用定向钻进技术施工长距离钻孔作为主孔,再从主孔施工若干探煤层的分支钻孔抽采卸压煤层瓦斯。现场试验2个主孔进尺都达到了603 m,累计抽采瓦斯纯量183 204.98 m3,工程实践表明该技术不仅回避了松软煤层本煤层钻孔难于施工的问题,而且分支钻孔很好的实现了区域煤层瓦斯抽采。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the drilling difficulty and poor borehole forming of the gas drainage borehole in the soft seam, the gas drainage technology by long directional borehole in floor soft seam is presented. The suitable stratum in the protected coal seam floor is selected, using directional drilling to drill a directional long main borehole in the selected stratum, and many branch holes from the main borehole is drilled toward the coal, so the gas is extracted from the pressure-relief coal seam. The depth of two main holes is up to 603 m in field trial, and the cumulative value of pure methane drainage volume is up to 183 204.98 m3. The engineering practice shows that the technology not only avoids the hole drilling difficult in the soft coal, but also achieves regional gas drainage for the branch hole effectively.
