    Improving Speed of Machine Digging in Hard Rock Roadway

    • 摘要: 为实现硬岩巷道的快速掘进,以五阳煤矿80采区辅助运输巷为研究对象,分析硬岩巷道掘进现状及存在的问题,找出了巷道提高机掘速度的方法与技术途径,即采用超深孔爆破改变岩石、岩体条件,再采用高性能掘进机进行掘进,并对超深孔爆破方案及爆破参数进行设计。现场应用表明:采用超深孔爆破之后,在巷道净断面为 21.6 m2,硬岩普氏系数大于14的条件下,硬岩的掘进速度由日平均进尺2.71 m增加到5.08 m,掘进机通过硬岩的掘进速度提高了87.5%,极大提高硬岩巷道的掘进速度。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the heading speed in hard rock roadway,taking the auxiliary haulage roadway of 80 mining area in Wuyang Mine as the study object, the study analyzes the present status as well as the problem of the hard rock roadway heading and finds the methods and technology ways for raising roadway machine excavating speed. The method and technology way is that changing the condition of rock by using of ultra-deep hole blasting before excavation roadway by using of high performance roadheader. The design on the ultra-deep hole blasting scheme and blasting parameters are accomplished. The engineering application show that under the condition of the roadway with a cross section of 21.6 m2 and the rock Protodyakonov coefficient is greater than 14,the average daily heading rate increases from 2.7 m to 5.08 m and heading speed increased by 87.5% after the ultra-deep hole blasting.Thus the heading speed of the hard rock roadway is effectively improved.
