    Application of Coupling Release-pressure Support Technology in Dynamical Pressure Roadway

    • 摘要: 为控制受动压影响的掘进巷道围岩变形及锚杆破断情况,分析巷道的破坏形式为典型的留煤柱沿空掘巷巷道破坏现象。经计算,选取耦合让压应力显示锚杆,规格为φ20 mm×2 500 mm;顶锚杆排间距1 000 mm×920 mm;帮锚杆排间距1 000 mm×1 000 mm,采用新支护技术后,顶板与两帮最大移近量分别为50、90 mm,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制。

       

      Abstract: To control the deformation of surrounding rock and the bolt fracture phenomenon of the dynamical pressure heading roadway, the study analyzes that the damage form of roadway is a typical destruction of the remaining coal pillar gob-side entry driving. According to the theoretical calculation, the coal mine selects coupling release-pressure anchor. The specifications for the anchor is φ20 mm×2 500 mm; the roof bolt spacing is 1 000 mm×920 mm; the end anchor bolt spacing is 1 000 mm×1 000 mm; after adopting new supporting system, the biggest roof and end anchor rock deformation is 50 mm and 90 mm. The deformation rock of roadway receives effectively control.
