    Underground Gangue Backfilling Technique and Surface Reducing-subsidence Effectiveness in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 井下矸石充填开采不仅利用了矿井产生的矸石,而且采出了部分被压煤炭,较适用于建筑物下压煤开采,是实现煤矿绿色开采的重要途径之一。结合某矿巷道充填开采,采用计算机数值模拟技术,对煤矿巷道充填开采巷道间煤柱稳定性进行研究,选出较合理的煤柱留设宽度。根据实测结果,巷道充填开采实际充填率在80%左右。对某矿开采区域,采用巷道充填开采和条带开采2种方案进行进行预测,巷道充填开采地表沉陷效果较为显著。

       

      Abstract: Underground gangue backfilling not only uses the gangue produced by the mine,but also recovers some pressed coal,which is more suitable for mining under buildings.It is an important way to achieve green coal mining.In this paper,combining with roadway filled mining in a coal mine,using computer simulation technology,the coal pillar stability in roadway during the process of filling mining was studied and the reasonable coal pillar design width was selected.According to experimental results,the actual filling rate of roadway filled mining is about 80 percent.Aiming at a mining area,two kinds of programs including roadway filled mining and strip mining were predicted,and the roadway filled mining has good surface reducing-subsidence effectiveness.
