    复杂通风网络的非稳态数值模拟系统开发

    Development of Unsteady Numerical Simulation System of Complicated Ventilation Network

    • 摘要: 为了正确设计计算矿井通风中的各种参数,优化通风网络系统,研究开发了用于巷道通风网络的非稳态模拟解算系统。该系统可对复杂的通风网络,随时间变化预测解算巷道内的风量、温度、湿度、风阻、风速等通风参数。该系统的特点是考虑了巷道外气候的季节变化,采用差分法计算巷道壁面对气流热传递及巷道围岩内的温度分布。给出了一个巷道内有发热体的网络模型,以自然通风条件使用某矿井的1年间季节变化的实测数据,解算网络各种通风参数及除热量,评价了模拟系统的正确性。所开发的数值模拟系统不仅适用于强制通风网络,也适用自然通风网络的模拟解算。

       

      Abstract: In order to design and calculate the various parameters of mine ventilation correctly, optimize ventilation network system, we develop an unsteady simulation calculating system for ventilation network of roadway. The system can be used for complex ventilation network, predicting ventilation parameters including the air volume, temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind resistance in roadway with temporal variation. The characteristic of the system is considered the roadway of seasonal change of climate; wall of roadway is obtained by using the finite difference method for flow heat transfer and temperature distribution within the surrounding rock of roadway. A roadway with heating element network model, the measured data of a mine in natural ventilation conditions with one year seasonal variation is given; all kinds of ventilation parameters and heat extraction rate of a calculating network are calculated, and the validity of the simulation system is evaluated. The developed numerical simulation system is not only suitable for forced ventilation network, but also applies to natural ventilation network simulation calculating.
