    Theoretical Analysis of Heat Recovery System for Mine Return Air and Numerical Simulation

    • 摘要: 矿井回风热回收系统是一种新型的节能系统,利用喷淋换热的方式将回风中的热能置换到水中。针对国内某矿实际情况,通过理论分析与数值模拟,探讨了不同的喷淋布置方式及不同水气比、水滴直径等工况对换热效果的影响。模拟分析结果表明,两级三排逆喷的布置方式,水气比在1.3左右,水滴直径在1 mm左右换热效果最好。

       

      Abstract: Heat recovery system of mine return air is a new kind of energy-saving system. It can transfer heat from mine return air into water by spray. For the situation of a domestic mine, we study the influence of arrangement of spray and working condition of different water-air ratio and drop diameter on heat transfer effect. The results show that the heat transfer effect is the best when the system adopts the arrangement of two-stage, three rows and reversed spray, the water-air ratio is about 1.3; the drop diameter is about 1 mm.
