    Calculation Formula Derivation of Grouting Reconstruction Depth at the Top of Ordovician Limestone and Its Application

    • 摘要: 在奥灰顶板注浆可行性分析基础上,从突水系数公式出发,推导出奥灰顶部注浆改造深度公式,并分别分析肥城矿区受水威胁的7、8、9、10煤层,得出7煤主要采取五灰注浆改造和疏水降压开采措施;8、9、10层煤根据标高分3个层次进行注浆改造。通过肥城矿区下组煤奥灰顶部注浆改造实例,证明本公式对奥灰顶板注浆起到了指导性作用。

       

      Abstract: Based on the feasibility analysis of grouting at the Ordovician limestone roof,starting from the water inrush coefficient formula,the formula about depth of the grouting reconstruction at the top of Ordovician limestone is deduced,and Feicheng Mining Area under the water threat from 7,8,9,10 coal seams is analyzed respectively;7 coal mainly adopts five ash grouting reconstruction and dewatering depressurizing mining measures;8,9,10 coal layers grouting reconstruction is in accordance with the elevation of three levels. Through an example of seam grouting reconstruction, the formula of the Ordovician limestone roof grouting has played a guiding role.
