    The Supporting Technology of Fully Mechanized Top-coal Caving Mining Gateway with Soft Roof in Extra-thick Seam

    • 摘要: 为研究某矿13#煤特厚煤层放顶煤开采回采巷道合理的支护方式,解决回采巷道煤层顶板变形破坏严重的问题,以现场工程实际为背景,分析了原有支护体系下巷道变形破坏机理;运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件模拟分析了不同支护方式下回采巷道变形破坏情况,得出了合理的支护方式。模拟结果表明巷道锚杆支护中类压缩拱及预应力锚索悬吊作用的必要性。通过现场工业性试验及观测,验证了回采巷道"锚杆+锚索+网+槽钢"联合支护技术的可行性及合理性。

       

      Abstract: With the purpose of studying a reasonable support pattern of top coal caving mining gateway for 13# extra-thick seam in a coal mine,and solving the deformation and failure problems of the coal roof of mining gateway,this paper,taking the field project as background,analyzed the mechanism of mining gateway deformation failure at present supporting system and used the FLAC3D numerical simulation software to simulate the different results at different supporting systems.Finally it gave a reasonable support form.The numerical simulation results indicated the necessity of the similar combined arch and prestressed anchor rope suspending action in the bolt support.Through on-site industrial test and observation,it confirmed the feasibility and rationality of the new combined support technology.
