    Analysis of Supporting Time in Surrounding Rock of Roadway Based on Excavation Face Space Effect

    • 摘要: 基于开挖面空间效应理论,对圆形巷道开挖面空间效应进行了分析,研究了煤巷锚杆支护结构的支护特性,并讨论了不同巷道半径及掘进速度情况下巷道围岩释放载荷和支护结构支护压力的变化特点,从而为选择合适的支护时机提供理论基础。结果表明:巷道半径对围岩释放载荷的影响较小,围岩释放载荷随开挖时间的增加均呈现先快速增加后缓慢增加然后基本不变的变化趋势。巷道掘进速度对巷道围岩释放载荷影响较大,随着掘进速度的增大,围岩载荷释放较快,支护时间也相应提前。巷道半径越大巷道围岩假想支护压力随时间变化越平缓;随着巷道掘进速度的增大,巷道围岩假想的径向支护压力迅速减小,支护结构支护压力临界点所对应的开挖时间越短。

       

      Abstract: Excavation face space effect of the circular roadway is analyzed based on the theory of excavation surface effect.The supporting characteristic of bolt supporting structure in coal roadway is studied.And the variation characteristics of release load in surrounding rock of roadway and supporting pressure in supporting structure are discussed under different radius and roadway driving speed to provide theoretical basis for choosing the appropriate supporting time.The results show that the radius of roadway has less effect on the release load in surrounding rock.The release load in surrounding rock shows slow increase after the first rapid increase and then basically remains unchanged. Roadway driving speed has great effect on release load in roadway surrounding rock, and load in surrounding rock releases faster along with the increase of driving speed.The corresponding supporting time should be in advance.The greater roadway radius is,the more gently virtual supporting pressure in surrounding rock changes;the radial supporting pressure decreases rapidly with the increase of roadway driving speed and the corresponding excavation time is shorter in critical point of supporting pressure.
