    Application of Digital Image Processing Technique in Deformation Test of Paste Material

    • 摘要: 为了改善膏体材料压缩性能试验传统变形测量方法的弊端,基于变形性能试验在预测膏体充填材料密实性和强度控制地基沉陷程度上的重要性,提出了一种研究膏体充填材料单轴抗压强度和变形性能的数字图像测量技术,利用数字图像原理测量膏体试件在压缩过程中的变形参数,主要包括图像的采集、灰度化、二值化、边缘识别及轮廓提取等,目的在于不扰动试件和变形,保证实验精度的前提下,实现对膏体试件横、纵向变形的同步直接测量,同时研究了该项技术中存在的问题及误差修正方法,并对测量精度进行了分析,最后通过实例证明了该技术的可行性与正确性。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the the disadvantages of traditional deformation measurement method of paste material compression performance test,based on the importance of the deformation performance test in predicting the compactness of paste filling materials and the degree of strength control foundation subsidence,the digital image measurement technology which researches the uniaxial compressive strength and deformation properties of paste filling materials is put forward.using digital image principle to measure deformation parameters of paste specimen in the process of compression,including image collection,gray melt,the binary,edge recognition and contour extraction etc,the purpose is to not disturb specimen and deformation,and to achieve the simultaneous-direct measurements of transversal-longitudinal strain of paste samples under the premise of ensuring the experimental precision,also studies the existed problems and error correction method in this technology and analyzes the measuring precision.At last,an example proves the feasibility and correctness of the technology.
