    • 摘要: 针对新安矿14221工作面采空区瓦斯涌出量高,对于裂隙带高度、厚度与瓦斯抽放内在关系不清楚,施工钻孔抽放瓦斯效果差等问题,通过经验公式计算、计算机模拟和现场实测3方式确定煤层采动后采空区裂隙带的高度及分布规律,查明钻孔高效抽放的最优区域。分析试验数据,提出交替施工2种裂隙带钻孔配合抽放采空区瓦斯。通过效果分析,单孔瓦斯浓度最高可达采48%,采空区瓦斯抽放浓度平均达到36%,瓦斯抽放纯量达3.8 m3/min,显著的提升了采空区瓦斯抽放效果,有效解决了该工作面存在的难题,保障了工作面的安全回采。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the high gas emission quantity at 14221 mining face goaf of Xin'an Coal Mine, the unclear intrinsic relationship between the height, thickness and gas drainage of fissure zone, as well as the poor effect of drilling gas drainage, we use three different ways, such as calculating the empirical formula, computer simulation and field measurement, to identify the distribution of fractured zone height in goaf after mining and optimal area of drilling efficient drainage. Then analyzing experimental data, we present the alternate construction of two kinds of fractured zones with drilling gob gas drainage. By experiments, the gas concentration of single-hole is up to 48%, the average concentration of gas drainage in gob area is up to 36%, the pure gas drainage capacity is 3.8 m3/min. All these show that the gob gas drainage effect is improved significantly, and then effectively solves the existing problem of working face and protects the safety of mining face.
