    • 摘要: 隔爆型电气设备由2个或多个联通空腔组成时,若腔内瓦斯爆炸往往很容易产生压力重叠现象。一般来说,压力重叠会造成爆炸压力的急剧上升,产生比预期大的爆炸压力,因此,隔爆型电气设备要尽量避免压力重叠现象的出现,或者通过增大外壳强度满足其耐爆性能。通过多次试验,确定2腔联通隔爆试样的最大参考压力测量点及传爆路径,为2腔小孔联通型式的隔爆型电气设备参考压力的测定及隔爆性能设计提供参考。

       

      Abstract: If the flameproof electrical apparatus is composed of two or more chambers, it would be easy to produce pilling pressure phenomenon as gas explosion in chambers. In general, pilling pressure will cause the explosion pressure rise sharply, which means larger explosion pressure than expected, so the pilling pressure should be avoided, or increasing the enclosure strength to meet the explosion resistance performance. In this article, through many experiments, we determine the reference pressure testing point and explosive path of two chambers flame-proof sample, which provides reference pressure test and flame-proof performance design for two connected chambers type flameproof electrical apparatus.
