    泡沫溶胶液配制的正交试验研究

    • 摘要: 为了研制出起泡力强,附着力好的泡沫溶胶液的最佳配方,运用正交试验的方法,对构成泡沫溶胶液的阴离子表面活性剂A,阳离子表面活性剂B,附加剂C,与交联剂D复配体系进行了四因素三水平2项考察指标的正交试验研究。试验得出,构成泡沫溶胶液的最小表面张力值为29.94 mN/m组合为A1B3C3,最大黏度值为109 mPa·s组合为A3B3C3D1。研究结果表明,既满足表面张力最小,又满足黏度最强的泡沫溶胶液的最佳组合为A1B3C3D1

       

      Abstract: In order to develop the optimum formula of foam sol liquid with strong foamability, good adhesive force, by using the method of orthogonal experiment, anionic surfactant A, cationic surfactant B, admixture C, and crosslinking agent D were investigated four factors three levels two examination targets of the orthogonal experiment. Through the analysis of test data, we conclude that the minimum surface tension is 29.94 mN/m and combination is A1B3C3, the maximum viscosity is 109 mPa·s and combination is A3B3C3D1. The experiment results show that the best combination of minimum surface tension and the strongest viscosity foam sol liquid is A1B3C3D1.
