    • 摘要: 为了满足L型钻孔地面预注浆工艺对注浆材料的特殊要求,通过正交试验确定了膨润土-硅微粉稳定剂的配比方案。通过对比研究2种缓凝剂对稳定水泥浆基的作用效果,提出了单液水泥基复合注浆材料的最优配比。利用对比试验、微观结构、元素组成分析等手段,证明了单液水泥基复合注浆材料即可保证较强的可泵性又可提高结石体抗压强度。将其应用于L型钻孔地面预注浆施工中取得了良好效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the special requirement of L-borehole ground pre-grouting technology on grouting material, the mix proportion of bentonite-silicon powder stabilizer is determined by orthogonal test, the optimum ratio of single liquid cement base composite grouting material is proposed by comparatively studying the stability effect of two different retarders on cement. By the comparison test, it is proved that the single liquid cement base composite grouting material can guarantee good pump-ability and improve the compressive strength and could be applied to the L- borehole ground pre-grouting with good effect.
