    Heat Transfer Characteristics Test of WK400 Air Cooler in Coal Mine Chilling Unit

    • 摘要: 对恒定控制空冷器冷冻水进水温度为3 ℃,出水温度为19 ℃条件下的WK400型煤矿冷水机组用空冷器换热特性进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:空冷器的制冷量随进风温度、相对湿度的升高而增大,相对湿度高于50%RH后增大速度明显加快,随风量的增加而快速增大,风量超过27 000 m3/h后,增大速率逐渐变小;温降随进风温度的升高而增大,随进风相对湿度、风量的增加而减小,风量超过27 000 m3/h后,减小速率明显加快。

       

      Abstract: Experimental research are conducted on heat transfer characteristics of WK400 air cooler under the constant condition of chilled water inlet temperature of 3 ℃ and outlet temperature of 19 ℃. The results show that the refrigerating capacity of air cooler increases with inlet air temperature and inlet air relative humidity and air quantity, and increases gradually quickly after the relative humidity higher than 50%, and increases gradually smaller after the air quantity more than 27 000 m3/h. The temperature increases with the higher of inlet air temperature and decreases with the increase of inlet air relative humidity and the air quantity, and decreases quickly after the air quantity more than 27 000 m3/h.
