    Reinforcing Dynamic Sealing Techniques for Gas Extraction Boreholes in Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为彻底改善瓦斯抽采钻孔的封孔效果,解决高瓦斯松软煤层封孔段易失稳钻孔瓦斯抽采的现实难题,首次提出了加固式动态密封技术。阐述了加固式动态密封技术的基本原理,并在天理矿53105工作面进行了实际应用。结果表明:加固式动态密封技术效果显著,比同等条件下的普通封孔方法密封效果成倍提高;钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度由9.6%增加到36.5%。该技术实施后,天理矿53105机巷瓦斯抽采钻孔浓度和抽采效果显著提高,为高瓦斯钻孔密封提供了新的方法,具有显著的经济和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: To thoroughly improve sealing effect of boreholes for gas extraction and solve practical problems of gas extraction for boreholes with easy-failure sealing segment in soft coal mine with high content of gas, we first propose reinforcing dynamic sealing technique. Based on the basic principles of the technology, field test at 53105 working face of Tianli Coal Mine is done. Experimental results show that reinforcing dynamic sealing technique has more significant sealing effect than the traditional ways under the same cases, and concentration of the gas extracted from boreholes improves from 9.6% to 36.5%. After the implementation of the technology, concentration and effect of gas extraction at 13105 working face in Tianli coal mine is significantly improved. The technology provides a new technical measure for borehole sealing under the condition of high gas contents, and has remarkable economic and social benefits.
