    • 摘要: 煤矿井下定向钻孔轨迹预测技术是实现钻孔轨迹智能控制的基础,通过研究煤矿井下定向钻造斜规律,得出工面向角是螺杆钻具改变钻孔轨迹主要因素,建立工具面向角改变钻孔倾角、方位角数学模型,推导出工具面向角预测定向钻孔轨迹算法,并开发相应定向钻轨迹预测软件。杨柳矿现场试验表明该钻孔轨迹预测软件满足现场施工精度要求(相对误差小于1.38%)、钻具摩阻力降低20%以上,提高定向钻施工安全性。

       

      Abstract: The trajectory prediction technology of directional drilling in coal mine is foundation to realize the borehole trajectory intelligent control. Through studying the deflecting law of directional drilling in coal mine, tool face angle is the main factors of the screw drill to change drilling track. It builds the mathematical model that tool face angle changes the borehole trajectory by inclination and azimuth angle, and derives the prediction algorithm of directional drilling trajectory for tool face angle, and develops a corresponding software of the directional drilling trajectory prediction. Finally the Yangliu Coal Mine test shows that the drilling trajectory prediction software can meet the construction accuracy (the relative error is less than 1.38%), drilling tool frictional resistance decreases more than 20%, which improves construction safety of directional drilling.
