    Gas Extraction Effect Investigation in Soft Thick Coal Seam by Deep-hole Blasting Technology

    • 摘要: 在松软、低透气性突出厚煤层中开展深孔控制预裂爆破技术试验与研究,通过合理选择快速装药、封孔与爆破工艺,使爆破试验区域内的煤体产生卸压与大量次生裂隙,有效的缓解了应力集中,煤层透气性系数大幅度增加。通过抽采控制钻孔附近煤体的瓦斯,使瓦斯含量明显下降,瓦斯预抽率较普通法抽采钻孔成倍提高,切实提高了瓦斯抽采效果。

       

      Abstract: The technology of deep-hole controlling presplitting blasting tests in soft, low permeability outburst thick coal seam was carried out, by reasonable charge selecting, hole sealing and blasting technology, we made the coal within the test of blasting region produced pressure released fracture zone and a great mount of secondary cracks. From this, the stress concentration was relieved effectively and the permeability coefficient in coal seam was increased greatly. Through the tenchnology of gas drilling to control coal gas nearby the boreholes, the gas content was decreased significantly, the gas pre-drainage rate was increased several times than that of conventional method, and the effect of gas extraction was improved feasibly.
