    Fire Preventing and Extinguishing Technology for Not Easy Spontaneous Combustion Seam at Fully Mechanized Caving Face During Withdrawal Period

    • 摘要: 针对尚庄煤矿不易自燃煤层受深部开采,地质构造、煤层含硫的影响,煤的自然发火期变短,503工作面在回撤期间出现自然发火情况。为保证矿井的安全生产,加强对不易自燃煤层的防灭火要求。特构建以三相泡沫为主的防灭火系统,并通过减少采空区漏风,加强监测监控,提高推进速度等辅助措施,确保工作面的安全回撤。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at not easy spontaneous combustion coal seam of Shangzhuang Coal Mine under the effect of deep mining, geological structure, sulfur of coal seam, the spontaneous combustion period becomes shorter and the spontaneous combustion occurred at 503 working face of during the withdraw period. To guarantee safety production of the coal mine, to strengthen the fire prevention requirement of not easy spontaneous combustion coal seam, we build the fire prevention system mainly in tree-phase foam, and reduce the gob air leakage, strengthen monitoring, increase advancing speed to guarantee the safety of the work face in the withdrawal period.
