    Roof Water Inrush Disaster Directional Drilling and Contour Controlled Grouting Technology in Deep Mine

    • 摘要: 煤层开采易引发工作面顶板大面积突水灾害,注浆治理技术为有效的水害治理手段。针对王楼煤矿工作面开采过程中顶板侏罗系含水层突水灾害治理难题,根据构造动力学分析导水通道及集中出水点,采用地面定向钻孔及控域注浆技术堵截导水通道。结合工作面监测涌水量、水文观测孔水文变化及物探结果分析可知,注浆堵水效果显著。

       

      Abstract: Seam mining easily leads large area water inrush disaster at working face,and grouting technology is an effective governance measure. Aiming at treatment problems of the Jurassic quifer roof water inrush disaster during mining in Wanglou Coal Mine,we analyze underground watercourse and concentrate inrush points according to tectonic dynamics,blocking underground watercourse by using directional drilling and contour controlled grouting technology.Combining the analysis results on inflow of water monitoring at face, hydrological changes of hydrological observation wells and geophysical prospection,the effect of grouting and plugging water is remarkable.
