    高压密封注浆试验系统的研制与应用

    Development and Application of High Pressure Sealing Grouting Experimental System

    • 摘要: 为研究高应力、高水压、高注浆压力条件下注浆浆液的扩散特征,研制了高压密封注浆试验系统。该试验系统由5个子系统组成,即装载系统、地应力加载和稳压系统、水压力加压与稳压系统、高压注浆系统、图像数据采集与处理系统。该试验系统可研究地应力、水压力、注浆压力与化学浆液扩散半径之间的关系,可研究化学浆液在被注介质内部的渗流与孔隙渗透规律。利用该试验系统进行注浆试验,根据试验结果给出合理的注浆参数,使平朔公司井工三矿综放工作面过风氧化带的注浆工程节约56%的注浆材料。

       

      Abstract: For studying diffusion characteristics of slurry under condition of high stress and high water pressure and high grouting pressure, we developed high pressure sealing grouting experimental system. The experimental system included 5 subsystems which are grouting medium loading system, ground stress loading and regulating system, water pressure loading and regulating system, high pressure grouting system, image collection system. This system can study the relationship between ground stress & water pressure & grouting pressure and diffusion radius of slurry, and can study seepage law of slurry in grouting medium. According to grouting experiment results, we obtained reasonable grouting parameter, and applied the results in caving face pass by wind oxidation zone in Pingshuo Coal Industry Company No.3 Coal Mine, and saved grouting materials cost of 56%.
