    • 摘要: 煤矿的地下水文数据的获取涉及到多个关键因素的约束,普通的压力变送器无法实现数据采集要求,针对特定要求进行了超低功耗的变送器设计。数据采集在野外自动工作,没有正常的电源,在设计中,将功耗降至最低,最大限度的节省电能,以减少人为操作的次数,所采用的锂电池供电的最少工作时间不低于6个月。所涉及研制的智能型一体化水位(水压)、温度传感器将压力传感器、温度传感器、自动稳零放大器和低电压、超低功耗数据采集单片机一起安装在28 mm的不锈钢外壳内并完全投入水中,数据传输距离大于500 m。

       

      Abstract: Many factors influence the data acquisition of groundwater, ordinary pressure transmitter can not meet the demands of data collection, this research designs the ultra - low power consumption transmitter for special requirements. Data acquisition was done automatically in the field without the normal power supply. In the design, reducing power consumption to a minimum, saving power maximumly, in order to reduce the number of artificial operation and the minimum working time of the used lithium battery is not less than 6 months. The involved and development intelligent integrated water level (pressure), temperature sensor will install pressure sensor, temperature sensor, automatic zeroing amplifier and low voltage, super low power data acquisition SCM in stainless steel casing of diameter 28 mm and completely put into the water, the distance of data transmission is greater than 500 meters.
