    • 摘要: 为解决残采区域空巷充填系统设计的问题,以海天煤业3615工作面空巷充填为工程背景,讨论了空巷充填工程特点和系统设计原则,重点介绍了交替制浆连续供浆工艺,最后进行了工程实践。结果表明:空巷充填地点分散、工程量小,适宜建立中小型地面充填站;高速涡流式搅拌机采用“底抽式”结构,减短了搅拌时间;双搅拌机交替制浆有利于控制水灰比,实现连续供浆;工程实践表明该地面充填系统结构简单,运行可靠。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the design problem of abandoned roadway filling system in residual area, taking 3615 working face of Haitian Group as engineering background, we discuss characteristics and system design principle of abandoned roadway filling engineering, focusing on the alternating pulp slurry and continuous supply process, and finally put it into engineering practice. The results show that abandoned roadway filling position is scattered and small quantities, small and medium ground filling station is suitable; high-speed vortex mixer using "bottom pumping" structure, decreased mixing time; dual mixers alternating pulping is helpful to control water-cement ratio and achieve continuous pulp supply; engineering practice show that this ground filling system has a simple structure and reliable operation.
