    钻孔水射流综合除尘装置在“三软”煤层的应用

    Application of Water Jet Comprehensive Dust Removal Equipment in Three Soft Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为了解决煤层瓦斯抽放钻孔施工期间煤尘问题,采用钻口密封、煤尘二级分离和去除技术捕获“三软”煤层钻进作业期间的扬尘。一级煤尘处理系统采用惯性、湿式除尘等综合技术分离大颗粒煤尘;微尘和瓦斯通过水射流引导进入二级除尘系统,在水射流作用下被二级除尘系统捕获。该技术装备现场应用后平均除尘率达到91%。结果表明水射流综合除尘技术在“三软”煤层钻进期间能较好的起到捕获煤尘的作用。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the coal dust that produced in gas drainage borehole construction in coal seam,we use drill mouth sealed with coal dust secondary separation and removal techniques to capture the dust in "three soft" coal seam during the drilling operation. In the first level,we use water jet to accelerate the coal dust and gas two phase flow and adopt comprehensive technology such as inertia, wet dust removal dust to separate the large particles;the last of the dust and gas will be guided into the secondary dust removal system through the water jet and be captured by the secondary dust removal system under the action of water jet.After the field application, the average collection coefficient reached 91%.The equipment plays well during the period of drilling roles in "three soft" coal seam.
