    Equipment and Construction New Technology for Fire Preventing and Extinguishing Drillings in Coal Mine Goaf

    • 摘要: 为了解决防灭火钻孔钻遇采空区裂隙带和冒落带时存在的孔壁失稳和注浆管下不到位问题,研究提出了“不提钻”下注浆管技术-从大通孔钻杆和可开闭型钻头内孔下入注浆管。在东荣二矿南三左一面施工了防灭火钻孔10个,成孔率达到100%,注浆管安设成功率达到100%,注浆灭火后撤出了79部液压支架。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of hole wall instability and wrong-place grouting pipe when fire preventing and extinguishing drillings meet crack zone and caving zone, we studied and proposed the grouting pipe technology of "not pull-out drill", tripping in grouting pipe from the inner bore of large hole drill pipe and retractable drill bit, constructed 10 fire preventing and extinguishing drillings in Dongrong Coal Mine; pore-forming success rate reached 100%, and grouting pipe success rate reached 100%; 79 units of hydraulic support after fire were withdrawn.
