    强冲击煤层孤岛区域部分开采防冲技术研究

    • 摘要: 对于两侧采空的孤岛区域,煤体内集中应力相对较高,而当煤层具有强冲击倾向性时,在该区域进行采掘活动则易发生冲击地压事故。结合唐口矿302工作面位于孤岛区域的现状,对冲击地压影响因素和冲击危险区域进行分析,在此基础上,制定了302工作面回采期间监测与防治的具体方案。在回采过程中,结合划定的危险区域对煤体采用了预卸压手段,同时利用冲击地压监测系统,对发现的危险区域及时预警并进行了解危处理。通过防治方案的实施,使得302工作面回采期间的动力显现事件明显下降,保障了孤岛区域的安全回采。

       

      Abstract: In the island region of both sides mined, the stress concentration is relatively high in coal seam. When the seam has a strong rock burst tendency, mining activities in the region may cause the rock burst accidents. Combined with the situation of 302 working face in Tangkou Coal Mine, the rock-burst factors and hazardous areas were analyzed, then the monitoring and control programs were formulated for the face. In the mining process, the method of pre-relief was used in the region of hazardous areas. In the same time, the new hazardous site was early warned by the monitoring system for the rock bust. Then the prevention and control measures were carried out in the hazardous areas. Above all, after pressure relief, dynamic appeared events were reduced in 302 working face, and the coal mining was safe in the island region.
