    Research on Treatment Technology and Cooling Effect of Thermal Damage in Zhuji Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 分析了朱集矿的热害现状,对朱集矿深部开采过程中高温热害来源进行了研究,分析了朱集矿采用的热电冷混合联产技术和蒸汽溴化锂制冷机与离心制冷机串联制冷方案,对朱集矿采取热害治理措施后的降温效果进行了研究,研究结果表明,朱集矿热源主要是高温围岩放热,占总热量的42%,巷道降温效果、工作面降温效果、风筒保温效果均较为明显,有效改善了井下作业环境,达到了预期效果,并提出了有效解决热害问题的建议。

       

      Abstract: Through the current situation analysis of the thermal damage in Zhuji Coal Mine, the source of heat damage of Zhuji Coal Mine during deep mining process is studied, and the heat-electricity-cold mixed combination technology and the series refrigerating scheme of lithium bromide refrigerator and centrifugal refrigerator used in Zhuji Coal Mine is analyzed. The cooling effect of heat damage after treatment technology is researched. The results show that the heat source of Zhuji Coal Mine is mainly heat release of surrounding rock, which accounts for 42% of total heat quantity. And the cooling effect of roadway, working face is more obvious, the heat preservation effect of fan drum is relatively, which improves the underground working environment, obtains the desired effect and propose some effective suggestions to solve the problem.
