    • 摘要: 针对华亭煤业集团东峡煤矿37220大倾角特厚煤层走向长壁综放工作面煤层厚、倾角大的特点,分析了支架在工作面的不同状态,得出支架失稳的主要原因为冒落岩块冲击、工作面倾角、邻架失稳和接顶不实等,并从移架操作及扶架技术等方面总结了控制支架状态的具体措施,从而有效控制了工作面支架状态,实现了大倾角特厚煤层倾斜分层走向长壁工作面的安全开采。

       

      Abstract: For the characteristics of large dip angle and thick coal seam at 37220 longwall fully mechanized caving face in Dongxia Coal Mine of Huating Coal Industry Group, through the analysis of the different conditions of hydraulic support in face, the results indicated that the main reason leading to the instability of supports are the impact of falling rock, face inclination, instability of adjacent supports, empty roof over the support and so on. We summarized the specific measures of supports state control from advancing supports operation and rehabilitation technology. These measures are effective in controlling supports and achieve the safety production of large dip angle and thick coal seam at inclined layered longwall face.
