    Construction of Emergency Refuge System in Large Mining Area

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井工开采安全生产形势严峻,井下工作人员避险设施不完善的问题,利用系统理论的方法,对煤矿井下紧急避险体系进行优化设计,建立以救生舱、逃生指示绳、过渡站、避难硐室、硐室提升舱5项主要设施相互补充的避险系统模式。该系统模式安全性、可靠性大幅提高,适合于大矿区煤矿井下作业人员多等特点,保障灾害发生时矿工安全避险逃生的需要。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the severe safety production situation of underground mining, and the problem of incomplete hedging facilities for miners, we optimize and design the emergency system by systematic theory and establish five major facilities including the rescue capsule, indicating escape rope, transition station, refuge chamber, lifting cabin as a complementary refuge system. The substantial increase in safety and reliability which is suitable for large coal mine can be effectively used to safety escape.
