    Management Model System of Mine Safety Performance Based on Outstanding Model

    • 摘要: 安全绩效管理是细化和深化安全管理的重要手段,在分析现有研究和应用不足的基础上,结合国际领先的卓越绩效模式管理思想,构建了基于卓越模式的安全绩效管理模型,提出了基于卓越模式的煤矿安全绩效评价指标体系,包括6个一级指标,16个二级指标和55个三级指标。该模型对于丰富安全绩效管理理论和促进安全管理向细化发展,提升煤矿安全管理水平提供基础条件。

       

      Abstract: Safety performance management is an important mean to refine and deepen safety management. On the basis of analyzing shortcomings of existing research and application, combined with international leading management thought of performance outstanding model, management model of safety performance based on performance outstanding model is constructed and evaluation index system of coal mine safety performance based on performance excellence model is proposed, which includes 6 first-level indicators, 16 second-level indicators and 55 third-level indicators. It has important significance to enrich management theory of safety performance, to refine safety management and to promote level of safety management for mine enterprises.
