    • 摘要: 突出矿井石门揭煤过程中最易引发煤与瓦斯突出事故,而目前石门揭煤工作中防治煤与瓦斯突出的主要措施是穿层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯,但低透气性煤层中单一采取这一措施难以达到理想的消突效果。钻扩一体化水力扩孔技术,能有效增加煤层透气性和抽采钻孔有效影响半径,辅以严封孔、高负压抽采措施,快速实现抽采达标,保证揭煤安全。

       

      Abstract: Outburst mine most easily lead to coal and gas outburst accidents in the process of rock cross-cut coal uncovering.The main measure to prevent and control coal and gas outburst in the work of rock cross-cut coal uncovering is pre-drainage coal seam gas by crossing hole.However,singly taking this measure is difficulty to achieve the ideal drainage elimination effect in low permeability coal seam.The drilling and enlarging intergration hydraulic reaming technology can effectively increase coal seam permeability and the efficient influence radium of extraction borehole.Combined with strict sealing,the high negative pressure drainage measures,the standard of rapid drainage is achieved,which ensures the safety of uncovering coal.
