    The Design on the Effect-test Holes of Regional Outburst Prevention Under "Three soft" Low-permeability and Outburst Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为了对新义煤矿12011采煤工作面进行区域防突措施效果检验,根据工作面煤层赋存比较复杂的具体条件,按照《防治煤与瓦斯突出规定》选择效检钻孔,并用3σ法则对效检钻孔个数进行数学分析。采用钻孔指标法、残余瓦斯含量法以及突出预兆进行区域措施效果检验,最终确定消突效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to carry on the effect-test of regional outburst prevention measures on the 12011 coal face of Xinyi coal mine.Accoding to the complex conditions of coal seam occurrence on the face and the provision of coal and gas outburst prevention,the effect-test holes are selected.The number of effect-test holes is analyzed by the 3σ rule.The boreholes index method and the gas remainder quantity method and outburst omen were applied to the effect-test of the regional measures,which finally determined the effect of outburst elimination.
