    穿层压裂抽采一体化钻孔封孔长度研究

    Research on Sealing Length of Integration Layer-through Borehole for Hydraulic Fracturing and Gas Extraction

    • 摘要: 针对穿层水力压裂抽采一体化钻孔封孔技术现场施工难度大、封孔长度不合理等问题,在原有的瓦斯抽采“两堵一注”封孔技术基础上,提出改进的适用于压裂抽采一体化钻孔的封孔技术;建立水力压裂条件下囊袋力学模型。通过确定首山一矿己15-17煤层合理的最大水力压裂压力,计算此压裂压力条件下合理的封孔长度;通过FLAC3D 数值模拟分析瓦斯抽采条件下的合理封孔长度,最终确定合理的封孔长度为10 m,并在底抽巷布置不同封孔长度的穿层钻孔进行对比验证。结果表明:最大水力压裂压力为25 MPa的条件下,采用10 m的封孔长度能满足水力压裂与瓦斯抽采要求,取得良好的技术经济效果。

       

      Abstract: Considering the problems of difficult sealing methods, unreasonable sealing length of integration borehole for hydraulic fracturing and gas drainage, based on previous gas extraction sealing method of sealing section between the two ends, a modified sealing method was used, and capsule mechanical model was established to determine reasonable sealing length. According to reasonable maximal hydraulic fracturing pressure of Shoushan No.1 Coal Mine F15-17 coal seam, the reasonable sealing length is 10 m. Layer-through boreholes in different sealing lengths were arranged to compare the effects. Result shows that 10 m sealing length can meet requirements in hydraulic fracturing and gas extraction when maximal hydraulic fracturing pressure is 25 MPa.
