    Key Technology for Controlling Fire Zone of 1192 Closed Mining Face in Tunbao Mine

    • 摘要: 针对屯宝煤矿1192封闭综放工作面采空区煤自燃事故,在分析综放工作面煤自然发火特点及规律的基础上,提出应用地表回填堵漏风,快速施工防灭火钻孔,通过钻孔灌注高效两相阻化泡沫对火区形成立体快速灭火降温、惰化、防复燃的治理技术,实现了对1192封闭工作面火区的快速有效治理,保证了该工作面的安全启封和剩余支架的安全回撤。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the spontaneous combustion accident of 1192 sealed fully mechanized top-caving mining face in Tunbao Coal Mine, and according to the characteristics and laws of the mining face, a series of technologies were developed, which included backfilling the surface subsidence to plug leakage, rapidly constructing boreholes, injecting efficient tow-phase inhibition foam to rapidly cool and inert the fire area and prevent recrudescence. The application of the technology achieved rapid and effective governance of the sealed fire area and ensured the safety unsealing of the working face and safety retracement of the remaining brackets.
