    Large Inclined Angle Mechanization Retracement Technology at 1201Working Face of Shanzhai Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 机械化回撤技术在工作面的应用能够有效提高回撤速度,1201工作面使用机械化回撤技术解决了倾角大、底板软、防灭火压力大、劳动强度大、工作效率低等问题,实现了26°大倾角工作面液压支架运输安全、调向容易、装车简便。提升了回撤安全系数,提高了回撤速度,为类似条件下的大倾角工作面设备回撤积累了实践经验。

       

      Abstract: Mechanization retracement technology applying to working face can effectively promote the retracement rate, and the 1201 working face with mechanization retracement technology solves problems such as large dip angle, soft floor, high risk of fire preventing and extinguishing, high labor intensity and low working efficiency, and realizes the transportation safety, easy direction adjustment and simple loading for large dip angle of 26°. In addition, both retracement safety coefficient and retracement rate are promoted, offering practical experience for the application of large dip angle working face equipment in similar conditions.
