    Self-adaption and Anti-interference on/off Sensor Design for Mining Equipment

    • 摘要: 煤矿井下所有的机电设备开停状态需要实时地通过监控分站接入到监控系统中,进行实时监测;针对现有的开停传感器采用单一的判决门限,在强磁场干扰环境中易发生误判现象、检测电流时放大倍数采用固定方式,容易使得电流太小不能检测,电流太大造成放大信号失去特征信息的问题,设计了一种基于磁感应原理的开停传感器,该传感器具有抗干扰强,且能够自适应不同工作电流矿用设备检测的优点。介绍了传感器检测原理、检测硬件电路设计和自适应放大倍数设计、通过设定判决上下门限的方式提高传感器的抗干扰能力。现有已售产品使用结果表明,传感器能够消除瞬间强电磁干扰带来的误判操作,准确检测工作电流大于0.5 A且非屏蔽线缆的矿用机电设备开停状态。

       

      Abstract: All coal mine electrical and mechanical equipment on-off state requires real-time access to the monitoring system to carry out real-time monitoring through the monitoring sub-station. In view of the existing sensor stops by a single threshold, it is prone to misjudgment in strong magnetic field interference in the environment, detection of current amplification by fixed mode, easy to make the current too small to be detected, the current is too large due to amplification of the signal feature information lost problem. We design an on-off sensor based on the principle of magnetic induction, the sensor has the advantages of strong anti-interference, and can adapt to different working current mine detection equipment. We detail the sensor detection principle, hardware circuit design and adaptive amplification design, by setting the judgment threshold under way to improve the anti-interference ability of sensor. The results show that the use of existing products sold, the sensor can eliminate the false operation bringing instant strong electromagnetic interference, mechanical and electrical equipment and accurate detection of the working current is greater than 0.5 A and no shielded cable on-off state.
