    Design of High Efficient Vertical Pulping System in Fire Extinguishing Engineering

    • 摘要: 通过对地面立式制浆系统和卧式制浆系统的特点进行比较,从经济和可靠性方面综合考虑,选用地面立式制浆系统进行采空区灭火。通过2个搅拌桶轮流交替制浆和出浆,使制浆系统能够连续出浆,制浆效率较高,合理设计搅拌桶高度和直径使制浆系统与装载机和搅拌器相匹配,能够快速制浆。

       

      Abstract: Through comparing the characteristics of ground vertical and horizontal pulping system, considering economy and reliability, the ground vertical pulping system for gob fire is selected. The two tank alternating pulping and pulping out, the pulping system can continuously pulp out with high efficiency. The reasonable design of the height and the diameter of the mixing barrel pulping system matching with the loader and agitator can fast pulp.
