    Automatic Control System of Filling Material Conveying and Metering for Solid Filling and Exploitation in Tangshan Mine

    • 摘要: 煤矿固体充填开采已经在我国展开,但充填系统还有许多不尽完善之处,通过对充填开采过程中的物料运输及计量系统的研究改造,实现对生产及充填过程中的充填比例实时计算和指导物料配比的及时调整,从而提高采面出煤量和充填效率。

       

      Abstract: Coal mine solid filling mining has been launched in China, but filling system has many imperfections. This paper, through the study and reform of filling mining in the process of material transportation and measurement system, achieved the timely adjustment of production and filling process of the filling ratio of real-time computing and the ratio of raw materials, so as to improve the mining face in coal output and filling efficiency.
