    孤岛工作面回风巷让均压锚网支护技术应用

    Application of Yield Equal Pressure Anchor Net Support Technology in Crossheading of Island Face

    • 摘要: 通过对某煤矿4602孤岛工作面的顶底板及煤层的岩性特征和巷道的应力环境特点的分析,结合该矿的支护现状,利用理论分析和数值模拟的手段,提出高强高预紧力让均压支护设计思路,对该工作面的回风巷进行锚网索支护改革。现场试验结果表明,采用该种方案孤岛工作面高应力环境下的回采巷道实现了稳定支护。

       

      Abstract: By analyzing lithologic characters of coal seam roof and floor and stress environmental characteristics of crossheading in a coal mine 4602 island face roadway, combined with the supporting status of the mine, by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, we proposed high strength and high preload yield support design thinking, and conducted anchor net support reform for return air face. Field test results show that the kind of program achieves a stable support under island face mining with high stress environment.
